Springsoft International Inc COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Customers:
We have been closely monitoring the impact of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. In addition to implementing measures to help ensure the health and well-being of our employees, Springsoft International INC is also working diligently to maintain a high level of support for all of our customers.
Current Daily Operations: We are open. Because we serve customers locally and nationwide with water treatment products and supplies, Springsoft is considered an "essential" business under the State of IL Executive Order issued late last week. Will calls are still welcome to pick up orders but are restricted from entering the offices, warehouse and restrooms. We are also shipping out products as normal, although there might be a little delay. We have, unfortunately, suspended Service and Installation until at least April 8th 2020. Please call for any questions or issues and we will provide phone support followed by a proposed date we can continue our normal Service and Installation operations.
Supply Impacts: Our manufacturer suppliers are following similar procedures as us, and we are actively monitoring their operational status. We have not seen any full shutdowns, changes in inventory or product availability at this time, and we continue to monitor the situation daily. If you have questions regarding the specific products you purchase from us, please reach out to our sales staff for a detailed response.
