A Springsoft Air Max filtration system consists of an air pump, vent tank, and an automatically backwashing filter tank.
Water is oxidized when it is injected with pressurized air and transforms dissolved iron and sulfur to particulate. Gasses and undesired air are released through the power vent providing consistent air replenishment and air volume at all times. The water with oxidized particulate is sent to the media tank for filtration and the clean water is directed to the water conditioner or water supply. Periodic backwashing sends the particulate to drain while refreshing the media.
The Springsoft Air Max system utilizes an air pump to replenish the air supply allowing the air supply to be fresh at all times independent of filter media backwash. These parameters can be customized along with media type for each individual application.
